How does the return of mattresses and beds work?
You have 3 0 trial nights to make sure Langel products are for you. If not, send us an email to contact@langelsystem.com
- Returns within this period are completely free.
- for collections it will be our trusted transporter who carries out the same.
- We will schedule a convenient time for collection, and the carrier will give you a collection receipt that you will have to send us contact@langelsystem.com to process your refund.
- Please note that products must be returned in their original condition and undamaged. And, of course, you are not required to pack them in their original packaging or box.
- In the case of Langel beds and structures, you do have to disassemble them with special care not to lose any screws or parts.
How does the process of returning the Accessories work?
- Have 60 trial nights to make sure Langel products are for you. If not, send us an email to contact@langelsystem.com
- In the case of mattress covers, you will receive a shipping label and you will have to take the package to your nearest Post Office. There they will give you a shipping receipt that you will have to send us Langel System to process the refund.
- Please note that products must be returned in their original condition and undamaged. In this case you will need a box to make the shipment, although it does not have to be the original box.
How can I return the product if I haven't opened it yet?
- If you have not yet opened your product and want to process the return, because you got the size wrong, for example, contact our customer service team directly.
Is the status of the refund reported?
- We send an email when the refund process begins, to confirm that the process is underway. If at any time you need more information about it, just send us an email at contact@langelsystem.com, and we will help you with your request.
How long does the refund take?
- As soon as you send us the proof of collection or delivery, we will process the refund of your order. The refund can take up to 4 weeks to process, depending on the payment method you used.
